Pros
Nice, outgoing people who care about the work they do. Most people are open to helping you out the surface. Outside of Target the perception of the company is really good.
Cons
Nothing gets done. Executives haven't selected the right senior leaders to inspire and grow the organization. People are fearful and frozen and unable to drive the needed change within the organization.
