      Part time-hours are not guaranteed Everyone's nice Customers can be nices (unless your a cashier but security will handle any unruly ones)

      Cons

      They preach about team work but don't do it No fulltime u less you move up Bigger stores have a higher turn over rate Not all stores hold the same values or care
