Pros
There are many reasons to work at Target. The are often very flexible with hours as well as vacation time. They are also very helpful for college students coming and going. Also, transferring is quick and painless if you happen to move. Fellow employees are usually friendly and willing to work with you to attain goals set by the ETLs and TLs.
Cons
There seems to be an excessive push to ask everyone if they can find everything with many people often becoming annoyed when doing so. Also, some tasks seem to given too much thought before presented to the people actually doing the work.
