There are people who all depend on we each other to keep the "boat" from sinking, which can also be a Con to others.
Cons
Some individuals do not pull their own weight when it comes to work. The benefits and resources available aren't READILY available sometimes and you have to wonder when the next shipment is: trash bags, toilet paper, magnetic dividers etc.
