      Target offers decent benefits and has a variety of positions available for people with only a high school diploma. The pay is decent for someone with no higher than a high school diploma.

      Cons

      You will be expected to do an extraordinary amount of work in a very short time period. If you have any expectation of advancement you should not be prepared to realized it.
