Pay and benefits are solid and are very competitive for the field. Solid company with great future potential as sales are rocking.
Cons
High pressure with an overload of DM and regional oversight physically at stores daily for stressful visits, turn and burn merchandise type culture. Stores always changing, hard to keep up sometimes with minimal payroll to support. A lot is expected of you and bringing work home is unavoidable.
