      Pros

      Depending on the store and managment. One store I worked in was great. Flex schedule, great pay, great benifits, and they listen to you.

      Cons

      Gossip is one of the worst, Managment turnover, you get new executives about every 18 month. To much paper work and not enough time to do it.
