Just a number - Sales Floor/Cashier Target Employee Review

You cannot get a supervisory position without a College degree at Target so your work experience only takes you so far. The turn over at Target is so high because of the low wage. They dont invest in there employees probably do to the turnover. There training is very limited and you are given equipment and basically left to figure it out on your own. Some of the leaderhip has a very "Im the Sh&%" attitude and sit around and talk about the employees instead of offering them proper training and giving them the knowledge they need to succeed. Dealing with extremely immature individuals. Under paid over worked...the list goes on and on.
