Target doesn't give out enough hours and people who really needs the hours never get them and people who don't need them always get more. Always expecting a lot from their workers and pay them the bare minimum. Communication is slow and when things don't get done they always blame on the level 1 employee. Leader only cares about making sales and not about their own workers.
