Pros
Better scheduling than most retailers, every other weekend off for ETLs.
Cons
It's retail and retail attracts a lower level of people in management. The focus on minimizing payroll hours has really put a strain on management and there doesn't appear to be a focus on dealing with that. At a certain point, morale dips and there are not enough hands available. The remaining people become even less interested in supporting a no-win situation. Do well with fewer hours and they'll cut payroll even more to see if you can successfully deal with that. Do poorly with less, they'll give you more (if they like the STL), otherwise, they'll fire you.
