      Flexible schedule, better than average benefits for a big box retailer.

      Cons

      Very hard to be promoted from within it is difficult to maintian a good head about you when they are constantly hiring kids right out of college with no job expereince to be Executive Team Leaders.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
