Fast paced team environment, focused on business results. Priorities are centered around getting what customers want to stores. Creative thinking is encouraged and allows us to test different things to achieve results.
Cons
Priorities change, there are too many metrics to manage and the focus shifts to different metrics throughout the year. We spend too much time managing metrics and reports versus managing the actual business.
