Pros
Cashiering is easy, repetitive work and they try to space out your breaks as evenly as possible. Guests tend to be even tempered and the registers aren't difficult to operate at all. The Sales floor is easy too, just be sure to as "Can I help you find something?" and you'll be a hit.
Cons
Target management in my experience is incredibly unhealpful. They're either too easy going or they micromanage to a ridiculous degree. Guests at Guest Services can be incredibly irate so I always avoided that area of the store.
