      Pros

      Target has good benefits and a very competive salary. Good name recognition which helps in future job employment in other companies in the futher

      Cons

      Work life balance is very terrible. Going to work a minimum of 10-12 hours a day. I noticed a lot of backstabbing from upper management.

      This is not a Target Freight Management employee we have confirmed this is a review of Target the retail store as "Executive Team lead" is not a position here at Target Freight Management. We have reported this error to Glassdoor.

      Challenging, fast-paced culture with great rewards.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
