Pros
Benefits are good. Access to integrity hot-line makes me feel that I have a 'panic-button' safety-net and I've never felt the need for it.
Cons
When the payroll hours are short (usually at the end of the month), the cut-backs really add pressure on those of us working to get the same work done with less people.
