worst company ever - Anonymous employee Target Employee Review

Where do I begin. Horrible pay, horrible benefits (which they continue to take away from employees). Lack of respect for employees by management. Lack of opportunities for growth or to learn. Working for Target at their District office was taking a step back in my career. I watched District managers work on removing long time employees simply for the fact that they had been there for a while and were not "high potential" employees that they could promote and relocate.
