Pros
Very professional setting with everyone usually friendly. Allows you to be autonomous in your own space.
Cons
Target is a retail company, so the technology divisions are not as insulated from organizational restructuring than others. Product management is also fairly new compared to the rest of the company so they don't have a great development team/process if you are newer to product management.
