Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Yes, Tapclicks is adapting to this economic climate and sometimes this necessitates a policy change. Our annual operating plans are vetted with an experienced leadership team - and we've just delivered that plan to the employees in a global All Hands, as we do each year, with follow up All Hands calls each quarter. We will look into other ways to communicate as well. You are welcome to email us at people@tapclicks.com so that we can better understand your concerns and get more specific feedback details to determine whether any changes are necessary.
