Great process, great people. Spoke with a variety of people, some in the current role, some senior leadership as well. It gave me a good idea of what to expect. It was a very positive experience overall.

Question 1
What was my training, project management, client relationship, technical and industry experience?
The process took 5 months. I interviewed at TapClicks
Interview
They replied to my application in April 2021 with a Zoom interview. It seemed to go very well. Then they sent a rejection email. I asked for feedback. They wanted somebody with direct experience in digital marketing.
Fast forward to early July. They contacted me again. They were still hiring and impressed by my background. They wanted to talk again.
I had a series of interviews in July that seemed to go very well. Then I waited again. And waited. And waited.
In late August I was asked to present a mock call with a client. I spent over a week preparing. It seemed ok. It clearly showed I know what I'm doing and they commented on that in a positive way.
Then the call. NOPE. They want someone with industry knowledge. Same as before. 4 months before!
I don't think they want to hire anyone that is over 30.

Question 1
A mock call with a mock client in a mock situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at TapClicks (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter within a week. Got a first round of phone interview scheduled that same week. Had two more rounds of phone interviews with other team members the following week and was hired the same day as my third interview. So was hired in less than a month from when I first applied and overall, it was honestly one of the best interview processes I've been through, and that's a lot.

Question 1
How have I had to utilize and both my SFDC admin experience and basic sales operations responsibilities to either create, document, and implement a formalized full-cycle sales process (lead intake to revenue/success) OR take existing broken processes that never stuck and revamp them to a fully-utilized, trackable process that can be trained easily on for existing team members and new hires.
