Pros

Networking where you could connect with people from different districts and levels of experience. Zero notice period which again adds to the con that the work handovering process isnt properly done and an employee can easily abscond and no one will ever question.

Cons

Salary delays with no proper intimation or updates. No proper HR policies, Unstructured system, poor management, unethical acceptance of funds from common people in the name of investment, no proper track of fund inflows and utilisation and no proper audits.

Pros

Nothing to tell it just has wasted my time

Cons

Salary payments are frequently delayed. Myself has a delay of 6 months and others has 5 - 8 months. When raised with HR, the responses are consistently vague, using terms like “sorting” and “processing”, with no definite timelines or accountability. At the time of recruitment, employees were clearly informed that the salary would be ₹20,000 for the first six months, followed by a fixed salary of ₹40,000 after completion of that period. Even after completing the initial six months, the company continues to pay only ₹20,000. Employees are often posted far from their home districts, making it difficult to manage accommodation, food, and basic living expenses, especially when salaries are delayed or reduced. The company appears to take advantage of the current unemployment situation, assuming employees will continue working out of fear of losing their jobs. There is high attrition, and employee count is maintained mainly through constant hiring rather than retention. Despite ongoing internal financial issues, the company continues to expand offices and recruit aggressively, creating a misleading impression of stability.
