Part of being a small company is making the best out of the materials that are at your disposal. There are always means for improvement (I have yet to find a company where improvement isn't needed) and we traversed a huge chasm in terms of our policies and procedures. This is the first company I have ever worked for where any idea is discussed and, if warranted, acted upon. It's not just the leadership that makes decisions for TalentSmart's future, its the community.
