Pros

Good team that works hard. Drinks and snacks provided.

Cons

The company is growing and they have brought in new management. New management style is to micromanage and it has become a negative work environment. Good people are leaving or looking to leave because they are made to feel replaceable. Morale is low and doesn't seem to be getting better.

Working at TalentSmartEQ has been a great experience to be heard in the workplace. We can throw around ideas, write articles, and talk openly about things that aren't working. It isn't just perceived autonomy and voice, it is real. Because TalentSmart is an EQ company I think the culture is primed to follow the best practices of EQ and the execution is done well. We remain open and curious about new ideas, problems, and remember to cheers the small things.

Cons

You wear a lot of hats and sometimes you don't get to spend as much time as you'd like on projects you're more passionate about.

Pros

The company encourages and supports career development. It's Incredibly empowering and motivating. I've gained a depth of work experience here. My supervisor gives me the independence and room for creativity to do my job successfully and to bring new ideas to the table. My colleagues are friendly and caring, and the culture here is very "community" like. If you are looking to make an impact in your daily work, TalentSmart is the place for you.
