Pros

Exciting times ahead with evolving software supporting many of the Fortune 500 and new co-opted leadership following CEO departure. Competitive salary and benefits, remote flexible working, Friendly colleagues and plenty opportunities to shape what feels like an exciting start up company.

Cons

Communication as been lacking and affected the culture but things are back on track. Bonus delayed but on its way.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback! I am pleased to hear that believe found TalentNeuron to be a place with talented colleagues, meaningful work, flexibility, and opportunities to make an impact (I am in complete agreement!). We are fortunate to work with many of the world's leading organizations, and our team continues to play an important role in helping clients navigate a rapidly changing talent landscape. I also appreciate your candid feedback regarding communication. You are right that periods of change can place additional strain on communication, and when communication falls short, it can affect trust, engagement, and culture. While no organization gets this right all the time, we are committed to improving how we communicate and ensuring employees understand not only where we are going, but also the challenges we face along the way. Your advice to share "the good, the bad, and the ugly" resonates with me. Transparency is not about having all the answers; it's about creating honest dialogue and ensuring employees feel informed, heard, and respected. We will continue working toward that standard. My personal commitment (as the leader of internal communications) is to do my best to provide constructive, balanced, timely, transparent, and helpful information throughout our journey together. Thanks for your feedback and for being part of TalentNeuron's journey. The future of our company will be shaped by employees who are willing to share their perspectives, challenge us to improve, and help build the culture they want to be part of. We appreciate you! Kind regards, Kerry Unflat (Chief People Officer)

Pros

The marketing team is upbeat, supportive, and makes meetings enjoyable. Cross-collaboration runs smoothly and other departments are willing to pitch in where they can.

Cons

There is so much product development/M&A-induced change/innovation that additional hats must be worn and role responsibilities are in flux.

Pros

The company has understandably struggled with the transition from a legacy transactional data business to a strategic AI/SaaS platform offering. This transition is hard and requires rewiring of both GTM and corporate execution, which, to the point of other reviews on here, hasn't been as well-led or executed as it could have been. That said, there is a passion and eagerness to get this right, learn from mistakes, and invest in the team. The product itself is a potential game-changer, and the product and sales teams have gained significant momentum around it. The recent change in CEO is a strong signal both internally and externally that we are committed to getting this right, and since this move, the business has rallied in a way I think most would say they've not seen from TN in the past in terms of energy, positivity, and actually getting meaningful work done on our biggest gaps as a business. It feels like what should have happened last year is actually happening this year, which makes this an exciting time and a place where one can have a large impact. From my perspective, our current exec team cares about the success of the business and our people, and is more engaged than ever in making sure that is felt. Hopefully this continues!

Cons

There are still some leftover culture detractors who are stuck in the old TN mindset and are not bringing the positive energy to the business that it deserves/needs. These individuals need to either join the movement or leave. Our corporate team members don't always view their role as sales enablers. Lots of chunky "Gartner-days" processes that work against GSD fast.
