The good days of TN are behind it. They don't know what to do in the age of AI, and that's the main reason the company is breaking into pieces every other quarter. To anyone who wishes to join this company: think a hundred times. You are better off sitting at home than spending a few months here (you will be fired — the only variable is the quarter). *They have an outdated product that requires human intervention to function. *They come up with offerings that can be easily automated using GPTs. *Executive leaders are truly incompetent at everything except choosing competent people to lay off. They are racist too. *The new CEO is as incompetent as anyone can imagine. His appointment will only accelerate TN's collapse. *The HR function is as good as nonexistent. *At times I feel they think up a re-org over morning coffee and implement it later that day! By the way, the word "re-org" will become part of your life if you still go ahead and join this company.

Multiple layoffs leading to poor morale and low job security. Frequent leadership changes and shifting priorities. Unrealistic expectations on outputs with smaller teams after layoffs causing burnout across all teams. Leadership often disconnected from employee concerns. Lack of clear long-term strategy and communication. Sales execution struggled, impacting the rest of the organization, marketing took the fall. Career growth was limited due to constant organizational changes. Leadership decisions felt erratic. CEO (Julie's) communication and conduct often felt unprofessional. The repeated layoffs eliminated several high-performing employees while lower-performing employees remained, making the process feel inconsistent and difficult to understand. It created the impression that performance was not consistently recognized or rewarded, which had a significant impact on morale and employee confidence.
