Pros
Great culture, great people, supportive team and tech leads, free food and parking, 10% bonus if sales people hit their quota, stock option after 1 year, 2 annual travel opportunities for company events, pretty good healthcare insurance and afordable insurance for your partner(gay or straight), casual dress code, they care about customer service. If pay is not at the top of your list, this is a great company to work for.
Cons
Pay is $16.75 per hour and your raise will be $0.50 if you hit your numbers during the year. People like when they get recognized for their hard work with money. Basically, the pay is lower than average for this type of work. It should be at least $20 per hour for the amount of work it takes. No work from home, unless under super special circumstances. They hire a lot of college graduates for TSS positions (this job really required some prior support experience with Windows based software). Being a graduate myself, I realized pretty quick the pay and professional advancements are not going to justify the time and money spent on getting a degree. They rant a lot how they promote from within but it's really average for tech support (after 1 and before 2 years you'll get moved to tier 2).
