      Pros

      great culture. great people. great shared mission. good product that is loved by customers. great benefits.

      Cons

      a little slow at executing from time to time. But not always. Compensation in large cities like NYC or Bay Area is not competitive (that depends on dept). The RSU's (stocks) do help through.
