Pros
I love my job largely because of the great people. The marketing team is terrific. Sales team is great to work with. Collaborative environment. Great place to learn. Focus is on customers. Also it’s a great product.
Cons
Some new hires are bringing in thinking from the behomoths. Competition is increasing. All the talk about scale is taking away some of the creativity.
