Training is a joke. TL are not helpful. Conitnued employment is based on a stack ranking system. Which is all good except they lump all employees into one system, so if you are part of one of the last waves of training on a contract that ends 15 days after you get out of training, there is no way for you to be ranked high enough to be chosen to stay. When you are offered a position, even on a seasonal contract, you are told once the contract ends or slows down, you will be moved to a different contract, which is false.
