Training was well thought out, including participation, in order to prepare one for the deluge of customer inquiries

Team Leader was not in the right position; did not want to engage with any questions or mentoring, spent a lot of time in meetings or on calls using their personal cell phones which supposedly were not allowed. Sadly the new trainees were more knowledgeable. Upper mgmt was non existence. Focus was more on the amount of time spent on a call than the quality of the call. Had too many calls transferred from remote employees which required a lot of time to answer the customers call which led to reprimands of call time.
