Pros

freedom, they let you go on the internet and listen to music, very laid back casual dress code. Training was 4 weeks very easy basically free money. Chill environment, not a lot of micromanaging, there are slow times when you get no chats coming in which is nice. There's tvs to watch as well. There are monthly potlucks, they'll provide food sometimes, and some fun contests for money once a month as well.

Cons

I do webchat for Intuit Quickbooks. This is NOT sales! Mostly customer service a little sales are involved barely. Most of these customers suck. They love to ask a million questions and some are disrespectful. Most ignore your questions some are brash. They(Intuit) are very strict on being there and being on time during training. I saw a few ppl get fired during training because of attendance/lateness. ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO ADVANCE. They offer little to no promotions at all. low pay 10-11/hr I'm living check to check it's not cool. Commission is not great maybe $400-$500 MAX if you're really good at getting leads and sales. Commission structure is flawed and doesn't allow a lot of money to be made at all.
