Pros

I was told up front what the pay would be, and what the max hours would be. Considering that this is a part-time work from home job I didn't expect too much. However, working with teletech has been wonderful. Overtime has been available since I first hit production, even though I don't take advantage of it because of my primary job, it's nice to know it's available. I only had one issue with my first paycheck not being issued on time, it was resolved over the weekend and my pay was deposited on Tuesday(payroll was closed over the weekend and couldn't issue the pay until Monday). The training was awesome, Christine E. deserves a raise for how well she handled very unruly adults who couldn't seem to figure out how to mute their phones. I strongly suggest that anyone who is looking for part-time work to consider this company, but please be honest with yourself and with teletech about what you are able and willing to do. If you can't provide a quiet work area this may not be for you. Keep in mind with all legitimate work from home jobs they require a quiet work area as you are "in theory" working from a call center. Also keep in mind that when people give reviews (myself included) we are very bias to what we have experienced. Working from home is NOT for everyone, it takes a great amount of discipline to work from home, because even though you have chat rooms to reach out for help, you are still very much by yourself trying to do a job that you only had a few days of training for (training depends strongly on the campaign you are selected for).

Cons

The cons I noticed are not about the company but with adults who lie and say they have a quiet work environment, then once you get hired your home is anything but quiet. Keep in mind when you're in training you are NOT the only one being trained. My class at the beginning had over 50+ people. By the end of training we only had 24, with that being said, take notes, take full advantage of your training and do not allow other inconsiderate people to cost you a great work at home opportunity.
