      TeleTech's leadership and employees truly adhere to the company's mission, vision, and values! We have a phenomenal culture and caring environment--and for that I am thankful!

      Cons

      Honestly, there are not any downfalls that I can pin point in terms of working for TeleTech. How could anyone complain about having a comfortable and caring environment where ZERO hard labor is required!

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
