Very unappreciative - Claims Specialist TTEC Employee Review

Management is only trained for their job and not how to work with employees. When I filed a complaint the bullying started, I filed another complaint and all my work was being pick through. Even after coming into the program before most of the management and having show them how work was completed in my department. After a tragic event happened and I asked my team leader to help me, he did not and when I came back a week later I was fired because they said no one else should have to do my job. What needed to be done I didn’t have access to complete anyway.
