Pros

The pay was decent and when there was no work it was a nice breather as long as you responded to any of their random chat messages to see if you are still staring at your computer.

Cons

-MICROMANAGEMENT!!!! -They love to make excuses and cater to racist co-workers. If you try to complain about or correct their behavior, you get threatened with termination. -There is no real HR department. If you ask to speak to them, you get a run around about who you should contact to get that info. After 6 people, they admit that there is no one as this is a contract job. -If the company you are contracted to work for comes under fire for their mishandling of their own customers, they start to prune and lay off workers to shift the blame to their production. -QAs are done 10 times a month minimum. If you fail one, no matter how small, even if it's placing a 2 instead of a 4, you get written up. after three, you are terminated. With 10 per month and ever-changing QA requirements, that is basically them guaranteeing your termination. -You constantly change team leads every few weeks to a month. They are never consistent and even their own team leaders quit or step down due to the problems upper management has. -They have no maternity leave and make you jump through hoops to take off for anything important even with documentation. -They will call and text your phone from random numbers at all hours of the day AND night! If you don't answer, they leave nasty voicemails and proceed to berate and question you when you return to work the following day. -Even though the company pays their employees more, TTEC refuses to match your salary for you doing the same work even at the request of the client. -No room for growth EVER
