      Pros

      The people are pretty nice. Leadership does care about the reps as individuals. Management training program is excellent.

      Cons

      The pay is not commensurate to the skill set performed. Management training does not guarantee management placement.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Schedule flexibility and benefits, great people

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. There are no raises outside of promotions. Raises for promotions are very low. Nothing is proactive, it's all reactive
