      You can work from home.

      Cons

      Almost everything is wrong with this company. If my life were as consistently great as TTECs systems are consistently crummy I would be really well off. And if your system causes you to be late (and it will daily) management will force you to sign a write up saying it's your fault

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
