Pros

They paid on time. I never had a check late. Also, they had plenty of parking spaces in the parking lot.

Cons

Shitty work environment. Poor communications, and their training is awful. Their tools to do the job suck, and you have to show up to work early to boot you computer get your tools up and running before you can clock in. Focus is 100% on sales and not helping the customer. Unless by helping the customer you mean sell them something. The only people that get ahead are those that can sell really well, even if your job is pc support.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
