Pros
For me it was a new project so chances for moving up in the company are easier. I was the first training class out on the floor with only three sups, so as the project grew there would be more postions open for me to apply for and move up in the company. It seems that most of the management understands what it is like to have something come up in your personal life and thtey try to relate to you and work with people who need off work for a day for something that just "happens. Overall the understanding they give you is GREAT!!!
Cons
They are a customer service outsourcing company so management isn't always the most knowledgeable people with the title of manager, in my case the managers and trainers were in my trianing class learning at the sametime as everyone else (doesn't leave much room for respect of their knowledge). There are policies for job changes and promotions but the director of the project I'm on didn't follow that policy a girl that was on final written warning got promoted based on "likeablity" (words of the director). Also the training is not long enough, they shove too much information into a 3 week class and then expect you to know everything you need to know to not ask questions once you are on the phone.
