      Pros

      I have been working at Teletech for 10 years. I have enjoyed each and every one of them. The work is always challenging and exciting and keeps you engaged. The pay and benefits are comparable and I have never had issues with either. I have made a lot of great business contacts and consider most of them good friends. I would recommend Teletech

      Cons

      I have not had a lot of downs working at Teletech. Although sometimes the work gets heavy and can be a bit stressful, however I always consider that great job security and wouldn't want it any other way.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
