9yThank you for your review. We apologize that your experience with TeleTech didn't match our reputation as a great company to work at. We acknowledge that the work at home system needs some improvement and we're on it. It will be very challenging for the company to offer a full benefit package to seasonal employees but we will certainly take a look on how else we can improve the pay and incentives for non-full time employees.
