The at home training is awful, I worked for two projects for at home and it was terrible.
The Workbooth program you use to access your "office" was buggy and constantly having issues.
At home it was hard getting answers to questions.
For both at home and on site, the selection process is severely lacking, they hire anyone who can pass the tests, some of which clearly shouldn't have been there.
On site my biggest complaint were there were a large amount of cliques within management, and if you were not in the "inner circle" there wasn't any room to grow.
