Pros

As a former employee, I looked to coming back at TeleTech for many reasons, one of them being since it offered so many benefits. Each benefit ranges and differs by country, and by job. However all of the benefits that we received are key elements to our well being. TeleTech Is not just a call center, we are more than that. We are consulting, Marketing, Sales, HR. etc.etc.. and people rarely see that perspective. .

Cons

Not enough time to do all the things you want to do in side the company.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
