      can get trained and necessary licensed paid for my the company to get started. Opportunities are there to branch into different careers. if you do well they will work with you to keep you employed.

      Cons

      No guarantee of work after the Healthcare season is over.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
