The Interview was easy The hiring process was easy

Cons

The insurance is not expensive but it coverage is not good. The company does give raises unless Partner includes it contract

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
