Pros

Working remotely. Great people in the department I work in. It’s great that they are strong in volunteering and give you time off to volunteer however, in many department so many days are blacked out to takeoff that sometimes you don’t even get to use it.

Cons

The company has changed so much. The new CEO Pam, speaks of employees like they’re not even human. It has been two years of wandering when you’re gonna get laid off and they tell you that as long as you’re a high functioning employee, you’re gonna be fine but the truth is some of the best employees I know have been laid off because their goal is to reduce Onshore employment and outsource more work to India.

Pros

Absolutely none. I would have given them zero stars if I could have. Do not give up a stable job to go to this company.

Cons

This company is the most unorganized, Old Boys Club I’ve ever worked for. There is no actual job training. You are trained to do system demos, nothing else. There are so many different products but no one to explain anything to new people. Management does not set expectations at all, they just come back at you with unhelpful feedback and a link to follow to a training that is outdated. Everything is given to you in an outline but there is no one to help you understand what you were even given. If you don’t already know someone who works for this company, don’t work here. They are very unwelcoming and almost hostile in the way they treat new employees. The benefits suck if you don’t live in Wisconsin. They have two plans with BCBC of WI, and they’re horrible options for anyone with a spouse or children. They’re all about volunteering and charity, but the don’t want to actually pay employees enough to be able to donate anything.
