I have worked for a few recruitment firms ranging from small to large in size. Synergy is a company that values its employees and stands behind honesty and integrity. They do not micro-manage, but expect that the professionals they hire will come to work and get the job done. The work/life balance is incredible. Honestly, as a recruiter it seems alien to have a weekend free, let alone every weekend free. What do I do with my free time...
