Pros
Good for Freshers. Though no projects, no profitable income in the Hyderabad branch, still it is surviving. Wonder How ! The Prime Management has took the decision not to invest much. But for the sake of the presence in the off shore, they constructed their own building and moved the office to one of the floor and given other plug and play floors for rent. That way they are compensating the maintenance of the off shore company.
Cons
First thing is there is no job guarantee. Second thing is a polluted work environment(Politics runs at peak). Management is worst. They wont bother about the offshore operations. Jokers will be maintaining the organization. Some uncultured people are there around the place and they are ruling.
