Love the social impact and the effort put in to illustrate this. Plenty of meaning. Professional image in the industry.
Cons
Uneven pay AND uneven work distribution across similar ranks. Disregard for prior experience. Pretty monotonous and repetitive work. Probably no or little room for innovation for such a business so just be aware of that. Lack of two-way communication. No empathy towards employees as individuals. Low margins business. Consequently low pay low bonus low benefits, although not that bad.
