Symbiotics interview questions

I started the recruitment process at Symbiotics in early January 2025 for a Junior Risk Analyst position. The first step was an HR interview focused on my background and motivation, followed by a second interview with the manager, which covered similar topics. Already between these two steps, I had to follow up multiple times just to confirm whether I was moving forward in the process. The final round was an in-person interview with several team leads, including someone from upper management. It was a demanding also focused on my background and motivation, and I left with a positive impression of the company and the team. Unfortunately, after that interview, I received no further communication — despite several follow-up emails. The entire process took over three months, only to end in total silence. Being ghosted after multiple rounds and such a long process is highly disappointing, especially coming from a company with a strong reputation.
