Pros
1.a decent place to get your foot in the door if you need a remote work or a customer service 2.they do pay for your licensing if you’re switching to an insurance campaign when you’re ready with them 3.variety of client campaigns let you gain exposure to different industries
Cons
1.campaign quality varies wildly. I worked on three, and only one was truly manageable – the rest were chaotic or poorly supported. 2.sales support is minimal. Tech issues go unresolved for hours, and management is often unresponsive when you’re unable to work due to their own system problems. 3.I was passed over for promotion after having a baby – and was explicitly told that was a factor 4. Final pay and bonuses are not guaranteed! I left after six years and was denied my February bonus simply because I resigned a week before it was entered into the system – despite having earned it. 5. Leader leadership tends to ignore long-term employees and those little to the reward for loyalty. 6. Leaving the company feels like being punished – no communication, no closure, no appreciation.
